摘要 (Abstract)：

I will begin by briefly introducing the ideas of the AdS/CFT correspondence and providing a motivation for studying strongly coupled quarks at high densities using this correspondence. I will then introduce the most notable models in this context and discuss some applications to describe neutron stars.
