研究成果: 研究领域为新型低维材料的制备与表征。利用多种原位表征电谱学技术对凝聚态物理中复杂的晶格-电荷-轨道-自旋的相互作用进行研究,从而对低维材料的拓扑态、新奇电子态如Dirac锥和平带、以及相变等物理性质进行解析。利用基于超高真空的原位表界面生长技术,开发了低维材料原位精准构筑的新技术,同时基于这些新奇的低维结构进行深入电学信息解析。通过整合多种原位形貌及电谱学表征技术包括MBE,STM,XPS,ARPES等,开发了一种强大而有效的凝聚态体系研究手段,用以表征及调控电子结构信息,主要专注于拓扑物态调控、平带能带构筑等,取得了关键性突破成果。近五年在国际知名期刊发表SCI论文30多篇,他引1600余次(Google Scholar),以第一(共同)作者/通讯作者身份发表论文十余篇,其中包括Advanced Materials(2篇),Nano Letters(1篇),ACS Nano(2篇),ACS Materials Letters(1篇)等,多次被多家国内外科学新闻报道。
